SUSPECTS CHARGED IN CONNECTION TO NORTHWEST MINNESOTA DRUG OVERDOSES

BEMIDJI, MN (trfnews.i234.me) A man and woman in Bemidji, Minnesota have been charged in connection to a string of drug overdoses. Agents seized 150 grams of fentanyl during the arrests of Timothy Roy and Ashley Lajeuness.
a 32 year old Timothy Andrew Roy of redby minnesota and 30 year old Ashley K lioness address unknown are each facing a drug trafficking charge out of Beltrami County District Court in Bemidji according to court documents a March investigation by the Paul Bunyan Drug Task Force linked them to several overdose incidents in the area earlier authorities announced a large seizure of what was believed to be fentanyl several overdoses and one death the current charges do not link this pair to an overdose death a search warrant was executed on March 23rd at their residence at 5653 ELPS Court in Northwest lot 60 in Bemidji the pair along with a six year old child were present in the residence the child was placed in protective custody agents allegedly seized a semi-automatic pistol 150 grams of fentanyl in just under $4,000 cash Roy and lioness have each been charged with aggravated controlled substance crime first degree in firearm a charge that carries a maximum sentence of 40 years in prison plus Store chemical substance in presence of child I’m Neil Berg reporting for i-news TV
