MOORHEAD, MN (trfnews.i234.me) Two men are facing criminal charges, following an investigation in Moorhead, Minnesota that included the seizure of drugs and books on how to traffic them.
Two men, Jake Donald Henriks and Seth Doherty, are facing charges in an interesting drug trafficking case. On May 31st, agents were monitoring Henriks and Doherty and placed a GPS tracker on Henriks’ vehicle. The vehicle was stopped returning from Barnesville and a search found 17 grams of cocaine and 54 grams of meth, scales, and other paraphernalia. A search of Henriks’ residence found $54,000 cash, including $2,400 of recorded police buy funds. In a storage unit in Holley, agents found more scales, baggies, and small amounts of suspected meth, as well as interesting books including “The Forbidden Book” and “The Construction and Operation of a Clandestine Drug Laboratories.” Henriks has been charged with three felonies, including first-degree drug sales, which carries a maximum sentence of 30 years. Doherty has been charged with first-degree possession of 50 grams or more of drugs.
