a scary life-threatening situation for two bemidji police officers tuesday evening 22 year old antonio brown of walker minnesota has now been charged with felonies of disarming a police officer and felony attempted escape from custody according to court documents on tuesday evening at 6 48 a bemidji officer was at 2830 ridgeway to look for brown he had an active felony warrant out of sherburne county for assault the officer spotted brown called for another officer for backup and then struggled with brown at one point brown was lunging for the officer’s gun then brown pushed away a taser shot by the officer grabbing the taser gun and shooting at the officer but it only sparked it wasn’t loaded at that point brown then encountered another officer responding from the scene struggled with him trying to grab his gun the two officers were finally able to secure brown into handcuffs handcuffs and arrest him i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
