Suspect Holds Infant Moments Before Arrest

FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) We had a tense situation in Fargo Saturday night. An officer had a taser pointed at the suspect, who had an infant in his hands, just before he was arrested.
we had a tense situation in Fargo Saturday night with the suspect holding an infant just before he was arrested Robin Kelly Jr has been charged with felony criminal mischief police responded to a Fargo residence where Kelly was reported arguing with the female and smashing things in the residence according to the incident report when the officer arrived he observed a male walking down the front stoop who had he identified as Robin Kelly from prior calls due to multiple factors including information about the current call involving violence slamming in the front door and observing volatile behavior from Robin and fast calls the officer drew his taser and pointed it at Robin as he exited the building uh he observed Robin holding an infant uh he told Robin to show him his hands Robin placed the hand not holding the infant uh up and began backing up the officer told Robin to stop which he replied nah F that as he turned toward the building and started to walk up the stairs uh Robin continued to walk up the stairs when he said he had his child with him when he told Robin to stop walking the female then stepped in and took the child Robin Kelly eventually took a couple steps backwards into the entryway and finally put his hands back on his head and was put into handcuffs and arrested I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
