Becker County, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Joshua Ray Schultz, 26, from Sturgis, Michigan, is now facing felony theft charges in Becker County District Court. Court records reveal that on May 31, Schultz allegedly stole a motorcycle from an Audubon resident, identified by the initials M.L.J., and sped off eastbound on Highway 10.
This latest charge follows earlier legal troubles for Schultz. On May 22, he was charged with receiving stolen property and being a felon in possession of a firearm. He had posted a $10,000 bond as part of his conditional bail, which required him to adhere to the law. Despite this, a nationwide warrant for his arrest was issued on June 4.
