44-year-old Wade K nestl homeless in Devil’s Lake has been charged with felony theft according to court documents on September 27th at 1:32 p.m. officers were dispatched to the Walmart parking lot area in Devil’s Lake for a welfare check on a male passed out in the bushes officers were able to locate the mail and he was identified as Wade nestl uh he had bulky items stuffed inside his jacket when officers helped him off the ground and uh multiple clothing items were sticking out of his jacket that still had tags on them uh Wade did not have any money or receipts showing he had purchased the clothing when Wade was asked about the items he eventually admitted to stealing the clothing from Walmart this was confirmed by Walmart video footage the value of the items was over $150 uh Wade nestall was placed under arrest for shoplifting uh he has six prior convictions of theft within the last four years I’m Neil Berg reporting for I trfnews.i234.me
