GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Blayne E. Saiger, a 38-year-old resident of Grand Forks, is facing a felony drug trafficking charge following a sting operation by the Narcotics Task Force. According to court documents, a confidential informant for the Grand Forks Narcotics Task Force purchased 88 grams of methamphetamine from Saiger. He has been charged with felony delivery of a controlled substance.
