Stearns County, MN – Authorities have issued a fugitive alert for Richard Clark III, who is currently wanted after violating the terms of his release. Clark, born on June 2, 1973, was last released from custody on October 9, 2018, but has been declared a wanted fugitive as of March 22, 2021.
Clark was originally sentenced on November 4, 2009, in Stearns County for a DWI offense, under court file number 73-CR-17-5604. His case is being handled by Agent Willie M. Swanson, and authorities are urging the public to remain vigilant.
