25-year-old cim Thomas of East Grand Forks has now picked up his fourth shoplifting charge in Grand Forks this time two felony level theft of property charges at pennies and Grand Forks according to court documents on December 21st he allegedly stole $492 worth of items from the store then the next day he entered the store again this time allegedly taking $70 worth of items police arrested him across the street and he admitted stealing from from the store the number of offenses on his record brings the last two charges up to felony level theft of property I’m Neil Berg reporting for I trfnews.i234.me
