BEMIDJI, MN (trfnews.i234.me) The Beltrami County Sheriff’s Department is reporting a large fight between tubers on the Mississippi River near Bemidji on Sunday led to a stabbing.
a fight between tubers on the mississippi river in beltrami county led to a stabbing on sunday this in from the sheriff’s office on sunday at uh approximately 6 29 p.m deputies dispatched to an assault that occurred on the mississippi river between power dam road and roosevelt road approximately six miles east of bemidji two groups of people were tubing down the mississippi when they stopped on a shallow spot in the river the two groups compromised of approximately 25 people got into an argument which led to a large fight during the fight elia marie goodman age 20 of deer river allegedly stabbed raquel karen holly cor cornezos age 21 of bemidji in the arm the group separated and called law enforcement law enforcement made contact with cornozzos at the mississippi river bridge on roosevelt road southeast they provided aid in bemidji ambulance transported her to the bemidji sanford emergency department for medical treatment short time later law enforcement located goodman and arrested her without incident goodman was booked into the beltrami county jail for second-degree assault and minor consumption leech lake police minnesota state patrol bemidji police bemidji ambulance and north country first responders assisted with the call that was from chief deputy jarrett walton of the beltrami county sheriff’s office i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me

  1. You had me at “ large tubing fight “. Oh , I see , not some violent altercation in a metalworking factory of some sorts. Imagine that though. It used to be tribal skirmishes on the Mississippi with canoes , now it’s with the help of cheap inflatable plastics crafts. That’s progress I suppose.
