St. Cloud Man Arrested for Trespassing and Disorderly Conduct at Leech Lake Housing Property | Beltrami County | trfnews.i234.me

Beltrami County (trfnews.i234.me)On March 25, 2025, at approximately 6:50 PM, Glenn Lee Clark IV, 42, of St. Cloud, Minnesota, was cited for misdemeanor trespassing and disorderly conduct at a Leech Lake Housing Authority property located at 19859 Plantation Road SE in Beltrami County.

According to the citation issued by Officer Michael White of the Leech Lake Tribal Police Department, Clark had previously been advised to stay away from the residence due to repeated calls for service. Despite this, he returned to the property, leading to the issuance of the citation.

During the encounter, Clark submitted to a preliminary breath test, which indicated a blood alcohol content (BAC) of 0.208. Upon searching Clark, a knife was located, and he was detained.
