Windy conditions Thursday afternoon and evening; following snowfall
on Wednesday of 1 to 3 inches, leads to the chance for blowing and
drifting snow impacts for eastern North Dakota and portions of
northwestern Minnesota. Periods of reduced visibility down to a
quarter of a mile or less is possible during the afternoon and
evening hours Thursday. Uncertainty in the strength of winds and the
blowability of the snowpack across the region. Be prepared for the
chance of impacted travel conditions Thursday afternoon and
evening.
