FARGO, N.D. (trfnews.i234.me) — Fargo Police confirm that a person injured in a shooting at a South Fargo apartment on Wednesday has died.
Officers responded to an apartment in the 4500 Block of 47th Street South around noon, where they located one individual with life-threatening gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to a local hospital but later succumbed to their injuries.
Authorities have classified the case as a homicide and are pursuing several leads. Captain Bill Ahlfeldt stated that the incident appears to be isolated, and there is no known ongoing threat to the public.
The victim’s identity will be released pending notification of family members.
