MOORHEAD, Minn. (trfnews.i234.me) — Moorhead Police are investigating a late-night break-in at the Moorhead Antique Mall that left the front door and two display cases shattered in what officials described as a “smash-and-grab” burglary. According to a statement posted on the business’s Facebook page, the burglary occurred on Friday night, November 7, 2025. Staff were alerted after a call reporting the damage to the entrance and to the coin showcases inside the shop.Police confirmed to TRF News that the incident involved forced entry and quick theft behavior consistent with a smash-and-grab crime. Investigators said no suspect information has been released, and the case remains under investigation.The Moorhead Antique Mall, located near the heart of downtown, features dozens of dealer booths selling collectible items, jewelry, and coins. Damage assessments and inventory checks are underway.
