GRIGGS COUNTY, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A California man is facing drug trafficking charges for allegedly selling thousand of Fentanyl pills in North Dakota.
we’ve had a major drug bust that appears to have stopped the delivery of thousands of fentanyl lace pills into north dakota every month this man rufus brown of bakersfield california is now facing drug trafficking charges in an investigation with ties to mandan and cooperstown in griggs county according to court records on march 18th a search warrant was executed at brown’s room at the baymont hotel in mandan officers allegedly found two hundred fifty m thirty fentanyl pills uh six thousand eight hundred sixty dollars in cash and an assault style twelve gauge shotgun but the big prize for agents was a u s post office tracking receipt found in the search that led to the greeks county sheriff out of cooperstown picking up a package that contained 2 000 fentanyl pills and 2 pounds of meth and under questioning uh brown allegedly admitted to selling 8 000 fentanyl pills in north dakota just since january first he said he makes a 10 profit on each of those pills at this point rufus brown has been charged with two class a felony counts of conspiracy to deliver fentanyl pills in meth each of those charges carries a maximum sentence of 20 years and since these are conspiracy charges more to come i’m neil carlson reporting for inews dot tv
