LAKOTA, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A McVille, North Dakota man is facing a string of felony charges, after allegedly firing a gun multiple times and threatening bar patrons and a deputy in Lakota with murder.

According to court documents, on September 7th at 12:10 a.m., a deputy responded to a call at Dei’s bar that Lky had discharged a firearm approximately eight times in the parking lot. The officer found LKY in the bar and detained him. Witnesses reported Lky had made threats stating he would kill everybody in the bar. then arrested and on the way to jail, the deputy reported LKY threatened him, stating, “I’ll effing kill you. I’ll kill you and your whole effing family.” Now charged with four felony counts of terrorizing and one count of reckless endangerment, plus misdemeanor discharge of firearm within the city.
