WARROAD, MN (trfnews.i234.me) Two young men are facing serious consequences for their actions. Leeroy Kicker and Colton Skare from Menahga have been charged with two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct involving penetration of a victim under 14 years old. The shocking case began when one of the juvenile girls’ mothers reported to police that someone was in her daughter’s bedroom on June 4th at 6:22 a.m.
Kicker, who was present at the residence, was arrested immediately. Skare fled but was apprehended shortly thereafter. The two young victims told authorities they had allowed Kicker and Skare into their bedroom through a window after meeting them on social media platforms. They also revealed that they had engaged in sexual activities with both suspects.
Both men admitted to having sex with the underage girls but claimed they believed the girls were 18 years old at the time of the encounters. Each count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct carries a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison if convicted.
