CROOKSTON, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – A 22-year-old man from Crookston, Minnesota has been charged with another sex crime before he was even sentenced for his first offense. According to court documents, Joshua P. Adams pleaded guilty in January to third-degree criminal sexual conduct and was released from custody pending sentencing on July 11th under the condition that he had no contact with the juvenile female victim involved. However, he has now been charged again with another count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct, as well as a felony charge of using a minor in a sexual performance. The complaint states that the victim claimed to have had sex with Adams multiple times this month and authorities seized explicit photos and videos.
