Mississippi native here. It’s much, much worse and more widespread than you know.
Law enforcement been doing this and its everybody not just blacks. Its been like this since they took protect and serve off the cars. Now it should say punish and enslave. People need to start knowing their rights and start exercising them.
All in all, this sounds like most police forces and courts across the US, regardless of race.
