Shocking Fire Attack: North Dakota Teen Reaches Plea Deal for Setting Peer on Fire

FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A plea agreement has been reached for Lance Tyler, a 19-year-old from Forman, North Dakota, accused of setting another teen on fire.

Tyler pleaded guilty to misdemeanor reckless endangerment, downgraded from the original charge of felony aggravated assault with a dangerous weapon. The incident involved spraying another teen with brake fluid and then lighting them on fire.

As part of the plea deal, Tyler was sentenced to 360 days in jail, with all but 33 days suspended. He received credit for three days already served and can choose to serve the remaining 30 days in jail or under house arrest.

Additionally, Tyler must complete 80 hours of community service and will be on unsupervised probation for two years.
