Fargo, ND (trfnews.i234.me) — A Fargo woman, Banmattie Haribaran, is now facing serious felony charges after an alarming incident at Lighthouse Church on 9th Street South.
According to court documents, on March 2nd, Haribaran allegedly hurled vulgar comments at churchgoers as they entered the building. But the situation escalated quickly—she reportedly told a person she would chop off their fingers and kill their entire family.
When police arrived to intervene, Haribaran did not go quietly. Instead, she physically resisted arrest, kicking an officer in the leg multiple times before being subdued.
She has now been officially charged with terrorizing and preventing arrest, adding to Fargo’s growing list of shocking crime cases.
