Fargo, North Dakota, (trfnews.i234.me) – A case has come to light involving alleged child sex crimes committed at the parking lot of Lewis and Clark Elementary School. Abdallah Al Gburi was charged on June 25th with three counts of class double A gross sexual imposition after being caught in a suspicious vehicle by a Fargo officer at 1729 16th Street South.
The responding officer found a 14-year-old girl pulling up her pants while Abdallah Al Gburi was shirtless. Further investigation revealed that he had met the young victim on Snapchat and engaged in sexual acts with her multiple times in various locations, including the vehicle, a laundry room, and even inside the girl’s bedroom.
Abdallah Al Gburi now faces three counts of class double A gross sexual imposition for these alleged incidents, each carrying a maximum sentence of life in prison. He also faces one lesser charge of gross sexual imposition.
