Saturday, around 10:30 p.m:
Police were dispatched following a report of shots fired in Moorhead. Responding officers located slugs and/or shell casings, confirming that gunfire had occurred. No injuries were reported at the scene, and the investigation is still underway. -
Sunday, around 10:30 p.m:
Authorities initiated a search for a 17-year-old male juvenile suspect. With assistance from K9 units, officers discovered the teen hiding inside a dumpster. The suspect was taken into juvenile detention, though the full details surrounding the arrest have not yet been released.
Law enforcement officials say more updates are expected soon.
