Cass County (trfnews.i234.me) – We now have a new booking photo of Joseph Manitowabi, who previously refused to cooperate for one. Manitowabi is now formally charged with three felony counts of simple assault after a disturbing incident on Saturday in Fargo.
According to authorities, Manitowabi was initially detained on Robert Street after being caught smoking meth in a nearby parking ramp. While being confronted, he allegedly punched three Fargo police officers in the face, escalating the situation dramatically.
Following the assault, Manitowabi ran a short distance before being apprehended by another responding officer.
This shocking event has now led to serious felony charges, and with the release of his booking photo, the public can now see the face behind the violent outburst.
