Jamestown (trfnews.i234.me) – In a horrifying turn of events, court documents obtained by trfnews.i234.me reveal shocking allegations at Charge On Together Daycare in Jamestown. One staff member has been accused of Gross Sexual Imposition, while two more have been charged with child abuse for not reporting it.
A 15-year-old employee is suspected of inappropriately touching a 4-year-old girl at the daycare facility. The suspect’s name was omitted due to their juvenile status. When police arrived, they spoke with the owner, Nicole Stevahn, who admitted she knew about the incident but failed to report it to CPS or Licensing. She only began separating the victim and suspect after the alleged crime occurred.
Another staff member, Adrian Miller, provided details of other incidents involving the victim, including a situation where the child asked the suspect to “release it for her.” Despite these disturbing events, neither Stevahn nor Miller filed any reports with authorities, showing a “blatant disregard” for their duties.
The 4-year-old victim was interviewed at Red River Children’s Advocacy Center and confirmed the suspect had touched her inappropriately. A search warrant was executed at the daycare, leading to the arrest of Nicole Stevahn and Adrien Miller. Another child has also come forward with similar allegations, potentially facing a forensic interview.
