We used to have juvenile residencial facilities but they were dismantled due to the usual cries of racial unfairness. This boy has a very predictable future, which is sad. He doesn't need pity or trauma therapy, he needs to be taught the expectations required to function in society.

Are juvenile detention centers not a thing anymore? How the hell can this ten year old already have that many offenses??? How has he been able to get away with all of these offenses? Why has he not been disciplined at all either by his parents or by the law? And, if his parents are not able to keep him basically under control, isn't there some court-ordered facility he could/should be at? This is absolutely ridiculous!
