ROSEAU, Minn. – Shirley Kupper, 73, Roseau, Minn., died Monday, Aug. 19, in Roseau.
Visitation will be from 2-3 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 3 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 31, at Rose Free Church in Roseau. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to LifeCare Cancer Fund.
