SHERIFF: Larimore Incident Not a Standoff; Family Member Links It to Afternoon Shooting

LARIMORE, ND (trfnews.i234.me) The Grand Forks County Sheriff says an incident near Larimore, North Dakota early Sunday morning was not a standoff. However, according to a family member the incident early this morning is tied to this afternoon’s officer involved shooting.
Neil Berg here with an update regarding an incident near Larimore some 30 miles west of Grand Forks we’ve been reporting on this morning Grand Forks County sheriff Andy Snyder now tells us this was not a standoff exactly what it was isn’t exactly clear though yet early this morning a person who said it as she’s a family member said a man was barricaded inside a bathroom with a gun at a home out here after visiting a female who lives here and they apparently got into a dispute that family member also reported that officers there were four officers in the home however sheriff Snyder says that never happened the only thing Sheriff Snyder will say about the incident is that they were investigating something that happened last night so if this was just a suicidal threat or delusional love threats we’re not sure yet sheriff Snyder will only say that this was not a standoff and they were investigating an incident last night while a family member had told eye news and I was also contacted by a second family member who said a person was barricaded in a bathroom with a gun so at this point that’s all we have on this story I’m Neil Berg reporting for i-news TV
