Sherburne County (trfnews.i234.me): Authorities are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Carlos Douglas Cain, a convicted sex offender who has been declared a fugitive as of March 25, 2025. Cain, born on June 11, 1991, was sentenced on May 4, 2020, for criminal sexual conduct in Sherburne County (Court File Number: 71-CR-19-1632) and was released on January 27, 2025. He is currently under the supervision of Agent Rochelle Odegaard.
Cain’s last known address was in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. He has previously been listed as a wanted fugitive; notably, he was declared wanted as of May 30, 2024, for prior convictions in Sherburne County related to criminal sexual conduct.
The Minnesota Department of Corrections maintains a list of active fugitives and urges anyone with information about Cain’s whereabouts to come forward.
