Sherburne County (trfnews.i234.me) — A horrific multi-vehicle collision Wednesday night in Sherburne County has left five people injured, including one child fighting for their life after a Minnesota State Patrol trooper responded to a report of a wrong-way driver on Highway 10 near Clear Lake.
According to authorities, the sequence of destruction began when the suspect vehicle driving the wrong way collided with another vehicle. As the responding State Patrol squad car approached the scene, it collided with at least one of the vehicles involved in the initial crash.
The chaos resulted in injuries to five individuals, with one juvenile sustaining life-threatening injuries. State Patrol Colonel Christina Bogojevic released a statement expressing concern, saying, “Our hearts go out to all those involved and their families during this difficult time.”
The incident remains under active investigation by authorities in Sherburne County.
