BECKER TOWNSHIP (trfnews.i234.me) – Multiple people were injured in a serious two-vehicle collision in Sherburne County on the afternoon of June 23.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the crash occurred at 5:02 p.m. at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 25 and 97th Street SE. A 2024 Jeep Wrangler carrying three 16-year-old girls from Eden Prairie and St. Louis Park was heading southbound when it collided with a 2016 Nissan Rogue traveling eastbound, driven by 92-year-old Phillip Eugene Terrill of Chisago City.

All parties involved — including passenger Pamela Sue Terrill, age 77 — sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to St. Cloud Hospital. All were wearing seatbelts, and no alcohol was involved.

Emergency response came from the Sherburne County Sheriff’s Office, Becker Police and Fire, and CentraCare Ambulance. Road conditions were dry at the time of the crash.
