Convenience Store Disturbance
According to court documents, on January 27, 2025, a Fargo police officer was dispatched to a convenience store at 205 NP Avenue North after an employee reported an assault.
- Marquez was allegedly heating up food in the store’s microwave without purchasing it.
- When an employee confronted her, Marquez allegedly punched them in the arm.
- Officers later found Marquez intoxicated behind a dumpster near the scene.
Assault on Officers and Spit Hood Used
- When approached, Marquez became aggressive, spitting on the squad vehicle and officers.
- She kicked one officer and continued to resist arrest.
- Due to her aggressive behavior, she was placed in a spit hood while being transported to jail.
- She remained uncooperative during booking.
