37-year-old Seth Lawrence soberg of War Minnesota is facing two charges of major sex crimes according to court documents approximately two years ago he took a known female victim who was under the age of 13 to his residence the victim stated that soberg wanted to show her something and then proceeded to shoot meth into the veins on top of her foot the victim stated it made her feel really weird and they had sex for the next 6 hours and the bedroom the couch and downstairs stating they did take breaks smoked a little bit and had more sex the victim stated when they were done soberg started crying and apologized for what had just occurred and told her not to tell anybody Seth suberg has now been charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct person under 13 and criminal sexual conduct victim mentally impaired each of those charges carries a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison I’m Neil Berg reporting for I trfnews.i234.me
