UPDATE: Security Guard Charged In Casino Beating
MAHNOMEN, MN (trfnews.i234.me) A security guard involved in a beating incident at the Shooting Star Casino in Mahnomen, Minnesota has now been charged. Eugene Davis of Ogema is facing a misdemeanor charge of Assault. The prosecutor says that may be moved up to a felony level charge.

Security dude really operating at a civilian level. Yeah they “watch” but can’t do much. You become the aggressor when the subject is amply subdued yet you beat them. That’s called use of force. Which in the state of MN, is only allowed by police officers. So yeah security dude shouldn’t have thrown hands.

After listening to the whole story I think the security guard used equal force to subdue a dangerous man who could have otherwise hurt more people. DROP THE CHARGES!
Show the whole video instead of just parts from a bystander. If this guy hit the security guard then he should get knocked out! The county should drop the charges against the guard!
