FARGO, N.D. (trfnews.i234.me) — A second individual has been apprehended in connection with the murder of Rahsaan Wilson last month in south Fargo. Authorities report that 24-year-old Patrick Martin Jr. of Chicago was arrested on Tuesday on charges of murder and conspiracy to commit robbery. Martin was already detained in Cass County Jail on unrelated charges.
The initial suspect, 30-year-old Steven Burrell of Fargo, was apprehended in Iowa and is currently held in Louisiana on separate charges. Burrell faces charges of murder and conspiracy to commit robbery in Cass County.
Wilson, aged 32, sustained multiple gunshot wounds and received assistance from bystanders before succumbing to his injuries at a local hospital. At the time, police indicated that Wilson and Burrell were acquaintances.
