Scott County, MN – Authorities have issued a fugitive alert for Terrance Dwayne Rosebud, who is currently wanted after violating the terms of his release. Rosebud, born on March 8, 1985, was last released from custody on January 25, 2023, but has been declared a wanted fugitive as of March 30, 2023.
Rosebud was originally sentenced on March 19, 2013, in Scott County for criminal sexual conduct, under court file number 70-CR-11-7917. His case is being handled by Agent Ann Moran, and authorities are urging the public to remain vigilant.
