Thief River Falls, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – On May 28 at 8:40 a.m., police received a report about a stop-arm violation on Nora Street outside of Discovery Place. Rachel Ann Hatton, 39, of Thief River Falls, has been cited for a school bus stop-arm violation. Hatton allegedly exited the parking lot and drove around the front of the bus while children were loading. The bus driver stated that he had parked the bus in a way to prevent Hatton’s pickup truck from exiting the parking lot, as kids are typically waiting for the bus in vehicles parked on the south side of the street.
