Fargo, North Dakota (trfnews.i234.me) – Royal Rockefeller is back in legal trouble following another violent encounter in downtown Fargo.

According to court documents, on August 4th at 9:30 p.m., Rockefeller allegedly punched a man without provocation near the 15 block of North Broadway. The victim, who was simply walking by, was struck and knocked into nearby bushes before being punched again.

Rockefeller then fled the scene on a bicycle. Fortunately, the entire incident was captured on surveillance video.

The victim sustained gash wounds to his forehead and the back of his head. Rockefeller was arrested the following day and is now facing a felony aggravated assault charge.

This isn’t his first run-in with law enforcement. You may recall a downtown Fargo standoff last February, where Rockefeller was reported to have brandished a gun. That incident resulted in a felony terrorizing charge, which was later pled down to preventing arrest.

Rockefeller has a long criminal history, and this latest charge adds to his growing legal record.
