Roseau County (trfnews.i234.me) — A shocking bar incident in Roseau, Minnesota has led to three criminal charges against Christopher Matthew Trapani, who was found passed out drunk on the bar floor at The Poor House on April 4th.
According to the statement of probable cause, Trapani had consumed just one shot and one beer before becoming unresponsive. When other patrons tried to help, he reportedly snapped, yelling “F* off!**” repeatedly. Police were called to assist, but the encounter quickly escalated.
Trapani allegedly threatened officers, screaming, “I will punch your effing lights out! … I’ll break your jaw! I’ll rip your effing head off!” He then resisted arrest and even kicked a squad car door while being transported to the emergency room, where he was too intoxicated to be jailed immediately.
Trapani has since been charged with felony threats of violence, gross misdemeanor obstruction of legal process, and misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
