Roseau County (trfnews.i234.me) — A disturbing case has emerged out of Roseau, Minnesota, where Jeremy Allen Johnson is facing a felony charge of second-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a female juvenile, according to court documents.

The abuse allegedly took place between June 2022 and June 2025, with multiple incidents cited over that time. The statement of probable cause outlines that during questioning, Johnson admitted to binding the victim’s hands and feet, claiming it was to “teach her how to escape” if she were ever kidnapped.

Authorities, however, allege these actions were part of a pattern of sexual misconduct.

Johnson now faces the serious charge of second-degree criminal sexual conduct, a felony that carries a maximum sentence of 25 years in prison under Minnesota law. The investigation is ongoing, and further charges may be possible.
