Roseau County ( trfnews.i234.me ) – A Salol, Minnesota man is facing multiple criminal charges following a violent incident in rural Roseau County on July 23.

According to court documents, Isaac David Specht allegedly assaulted a family member while intoxicated, throwing the victim against a vehicle and threatening to kill them. Authorities say Specht also smashed a television, broke a window, and hurled a log into a car windshield during the incident.

When deputies arrived, Specht allegedly threatened to kill one of them and rushed toward the officer, prompting the deputy to deploy a Taser.

Specht is now charged with two counts of felony threats of violence, felony first-degree damage to property, misdemeanor obstructing legal process, and misdemeanor domestic assault.
