Roseau County Arrest: Lucky Kounlavong Charged with Felony Assault Involving Dangerous Weapon

Roseau County (trfnews.i234.me) — Lucky A. Kounlavong, age 32, was arrested by the Roseau County Sheriff’s Office on March 17, 2025, and has since been charged with multiple offenses related to a domestic incident.

Kounlavong faces the following charges:

  • Felony – Second-Degree Assault with a Dangerous Weapon
  • Misdemeanor – Domestic Assault – Causing Fear of Immediate Bodily Harm or Death
  • Misdemeanor – Fourth-Degree Criminal Damage to Property

The charges stem from an incident where Kounlavong is accused of using a dangerous weapon during an altercation, threatening to cause bodily harm, and intentionally damaging property under unspecified circumstances.

Kounlavong was booked into the Roseau County Jail and released on March 18, 2025, with no bail listed in court records at this time. The case is currently pending in Roseau County Court.
