  • Felony: 5th Degree Sale of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance Mixture

  • Gross Misdemeanor: Obstructing Legal Process – Interfering with a Peace Officer

  • Misdemeanor: Fleeing a Peace Officer by Means Other Than a Motor Vehicle
