ROSEAU, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – 36-year-old Markeis Caffie of Roseau, Minnesota, has been charged with felony burglary. According to court records, on July 6, police were dispatched to a burglary in progress at the Tamarack Place Apartments. Officers found Caffie sitting on a couch in the apartment. The female caller, who was crying, informed police that Caffie had allegedly assaulted her during a weekend trip to Minneapolis. He had returned to her apartment to retrieve his phone, punching out the screen window to gain access.
