Roscoe Township, Goodhue County (trfnews.i234.me) — On the evening of March 14, 2025, a 2006 Chevy Impala traveling northbound on Highway 57 near County Road 11 in Roscoe Township left the roadway and rolled into a ditch. The vehicle was driven by 16-year-old Ryleigh Ann Wetzstein of Wanamingo, MN.
Wetzstein suffered non-life-threatening injuries, while her two passengers, Patricia Lynn Hoffman (16) and Dominick Segura (14), both also from Wanamingo, were uninjured. All occupants were wearing seat belts, and road conditions were reported as wet at the time of the incident. West Concord Police, Dodge, and Goodhue County authorities, along with Wanamingo Rescue & Fire, responded to the scene.
