BEMIDJI, MN (trfnews.i234.me)—Roosevelt Campbell, 45, of Reading, Pennsylvania, has been extradited to Bemidji, Minnesota, to face six charges related to criminal sexual conduct involving a mentally impaired juvenile female.
According to court documents, in April 2024, Campbell allegedly held his hand over the girl’s mouth to prevent her from screaming and engaged in forcible sexual activity with her.
The charges against Campbell include first-, second-, and third-degree criminal sexual conduct, encompassing penetration causing great bodily harm, contact causing fear of great bodily harm, and penetration involving an impaired or incapacitated victim.
