Dominic Eley, 31, of Thompson, North Dakota, has been charged with felony terrorizing and conspiracy to commit reckless endangerment. The incident began inside the store and escalated outside, where shots were reportedly fired. Eley fled the scene with two other males; their vehicle was later stopped by police, who discovered a hatchet and a firearm. While Eley faces charges related to the initial altercation, he has not been charged in connection with the discharged firearm. As of Thursday morning, no charges have been filed against the other two individuals, and the motive behind the confrontation remains unclear.
