GRAND FORKS, ND (TRF News.) A Grand Forks jury has found Rolando Rodriguez guilty of most charges in connection to an attack on a former girlfriend.
we have verdicts in in the case against Rolando Rodriguez of Grand Forks Rodriguez was charged with a long string of crimes after last May allegedly breaking into a former girlfriend’s home beating her up and sexually assaulting her however during the trial of the his accuser testified that he did not actually sexually assault her and Rodriguez testified that actually none of this happened here’s what the jury said the jury found Rodriguez guilty of gross sexual imposition a class double a felony that carries a maximum sentence of life in prison he was also found guilty of burglary a charge that carries a maximum sentence of 10 years he was also found guilty of terrorizing a charge that carries a five-year maximum sentence and he was found not guilty of a felony charge of interference with a telephone during an emergency call and he was found guilty of misdemeanor domestic assault Rolando Rodriguez is scheduled to be sentenced December 30th I’m Neil Berg reporting for I news TV
