red light tribals and pursuit 89 I’m going to head up there up we have an update regarding a Wednesday afternoon around 5:00 p.m. Pursuit that reached speeds of 100 milph after the suspects almost hit a red Lake squad car head on they crash in a ditch here at burner Minnesota in Clearwater County with some ominous cargo the driver 20-year-old Brandon tawa of bigi in 8 18-year-old Brienne Maxwell of Red Lake have now been charged as of this Friday two other passengers in the car have not been charged at least at this time uh court records say they were in possession of a modified glock handgun that can fire 1,200 rounds per minute this is an M60 machine gun that fires about half as fast one officers also seized a baggie of meth from the crash vehicle both tawa and Maxwell have been charged with possessing a machine gun and possession of meth in proximity to a firearm tawa is also facing a felony charge of fleeing and Maxwell is facing a felony charge of aiding an offender I’m Neil Berg reporting for I trfnews.i234.me
