MOORHEAD, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Timothy James Fink of Dilworth is facing new criminal charges in Moorhead. According to court documents, officers responded to a 911 hang-up call at a Moorhead apartment on July 5th. Fink, who already had a restraining order against him regarding the female in the apartment, was found hiding in the bathroom and refused to come out until a canine unit was brought in.
The female reported that Fink had pushed her onto the couch, leaving bruise marks on her arms, and took her phone away when she tried to call 911. Fink is now charged with domestic assault (two or more convictions within 10 years), harassment, violation of a restraining order, and interference with a 911 call.
